Shaw named 2024 Health at Work Award Winner by ComPsych®

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. has been recognized by ComPsych® Corporation — the world’s largest provider of behavioral health and well-being services — as one of the winners of its 2024 Health at Work Awards. Shaw won the bronze category for the Large Group division (10,001-50,000 employees). This annual awards program, now in its 20th year, recognizes organizations with innovative, multi-platform programs that support the health and well-being of their employees.

ComPsych is a longtime benefit partner with Shaw, supporting the company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Shaw’s EAP provides associates with confidential emotional support, work and lifestyle support, legal guidance, financial resources, digital support, interactive digital tools and more. These services are free to associates and their families and available 24/7.

“It’s an honor to have our dedication to the health and wellness of our associates recognized and celebrated with an award from ComPsych,” says Nikki Sharp, director of health and wellness benefits. “We are committed to strengthening Shaw’s associate experience through providing meaningful, high-quality, and convenient health care programs and resources.”

In 2024, Shaw continued to invest in associate well-being with enhancements to existing benefits, such as the Koa Care 360 app offered through the EAP program, which allows associates and their immediate household to access digital cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools. There are also new programs to support associates with specialty care and coaching through significant life stages, such as pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

“We strive to foster an environment at Shaw where everyone can bring their best selves to work because we know that our people are our competitive advantage,” says Mike Fromm, chief human resources officer at Shaw. “That’s why we are dedicated to empowering our associates with access to valuable resources, comprehensive benefits, and health and wellness initiatives designed to meet them at every stage of life.”
