Shaw Industries Group, Inc. (Shaw) has been named a 2026 Training MVP Award winner by Training magazine. Once again, Shaw has been recognized as the top flooring manufacturer on this list, underscoring its commitment to creating a work environment where associates have the tools and resources to succeed across diverse career paths.
This marks Shaw’s 22nd consecutive year on the list, largely attributed to the company’s commitment to being clear and transparent about the knowledge, experience, competencies and personal attributes critical for each position, which empowers associates to target training opportunities aligned with long-term personal and business goals.
