Shaw Industries Group, Inc. (Shaw) is proud to announce that it has been officially recognized as a nationally-certified Recovery Friendly Workplace by the National Recovery Friendly Workplace Institute. This certification recognizes Shaw’s dedication to fostering a supportive work environment for employees in recovery from substance use.
The certification process involved evaluation across four categories: workplace culture, hiring and retention practices, employee benefits and education and awareness. By meeting these standards, Shaw has demonstrated its attention to recovery and wellness within the workplace.
